We are now welcoming two dietitians to our team. One position is focused on upper abdominal surgery, such as pancreas, liver, and gallbladder, as well as infectious medicine. The other position focuses on internal medicine, such as neurology, allergy, and rheumatology. We are looking for you who want to work in a dynamic organization with many exciting clinical challenges, where you have the opportunity to use and develop your nutritional expertise in both acute and basic care as well as national highly specialized care. We are Skåne University Hospital's (Sus) largest dietitian unit with 25 employees with high nutritional expertise, primarily dietitians but also nurses. Together, we possess a broad and deep collective competence in clinical nutrition. RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of dietitian, you are offered a varied and developing work where you get to use the full range of nutritional treatment tools. You work with individualized dietary advice as well as enteral and parenteral nutrition, always with the patient's needs at the center. The work includes both inpatient and outpatient care, with patient meetings taking place physically, digitally, and via phone.

You meet patients and their relatives at different stages of care and are a natural part of the cross-professional team, where you collaborate closely with several professional categories within healthcare and social care. Through your specialist competence, you contribute to a holistic and person-centered care.

An important part of the assignment is to be involved in the development of nutritional care on the ward. Together with knowledgeable and established nutritional care staff, you work to strengthen and ensure the quality of routines and working methods. You are also a valuable knowledge support for other healthcare staff and contribute to increased understanding of the importance of nutrition in care and treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for the position, you must be a licensed dietitian with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. In addition, you have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.
