Tullaboda is a care and nursing home located in Anderslöv, Trelleborg Municipality. We work to ensure our residents experience safety, comfort, and high quality. Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant, your role involves working with care and service, as well as making everyday life meaningful for our residents. You will perform health and medical care tasks after delegation from nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The work is planned, documented, and followed up carefully. As a nursing assistant, you will also document in the operational systems available at the workplace.

Working hours are scheduled on a rotating day/evening basis. At our workplace, we work across boundaries and help each other with tasks.

Qualifications

For the role of nursing assistant, we are looking for you who have:

• Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare for the professional title "Nursing Assistant" (Undersköterska).
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
• Good ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, as we work with written documentation and have close dialogue with nurses, occupational therapists, and care facilities.
• At least a Category B driver's license for a manual transmission car and access to your own car.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care.

• A valid extract from the criminal record register.
• Proof of a valid work permit.

Working hours: Part-time/Full-time, rotating schedule day/evening/weekend, permanent position.
