Comibri offers a wide range of labor market services, and we are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented counselor for a full- or part-time position at our offices in Uppsala city center and Sala Backe.

As a counselor at Comibri, you will work closely with both job seekers and employers. Your mission is to support people in their job search, motivate them to achieve their goals, and create matches between the right candidate and the right employer.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide participants individually and in groups
• Develop job seekers' motivation and support them throughout the entire process
• Build and maintain networks with employers in the region
• Match participants with employers' needs in an efficient manner
• Document and follow up on participants' development

Qualifications (Competency Requirements)

Alternative 1

• Education: Minimum 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system)
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time equivalent work experience (part-time experience is also acceptable if the total duration equals 2 years of full-time work)

Alternative 2

• Education: Minimum 1 year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time equivalent work experience in one of the following areas:
• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with working life and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Merits

• Additional language skills
• Experience with the labor market program "Rusta och matcha"
• Good knowledge of the labor market and a broad employer network in the Uppsala region
• Sales-oriented and relationship-building personality
