Assignment Description

We are seeking a Cost Reduction Program Manager & Portfolio Management Lead.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and coordinate the organization’s cost reduction program
  • Define cost-saving targets together with leadership teams
  • Monitor and follow up cost reduction initiatives and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with business functions to identify new cost-saving opportunities
  • Support project managers and business leaders in developing business cases
  • Perform financial calculations and savings assessments
  • Evaluate improvement initiatives from a financial and operational perspective
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations
  • Present program status and performance updates to leadership teams
  • Ensure savings and project data are accurately maintained in portfolio management systems
  • Support governance and tracking of improvement initiatives
  • Drive portfolio management activities across business development projects
  • Monitor project benefits realization and value creation
  • Consolidate and analyze performance information from multiple stakeholders
  • Support decision-making through structured reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

What You Bring

  • Experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO, or business transformation environments
  • Experience driving cost reduction or operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
  • Experience developing and evaluating business cases
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and management teams
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
