We are now scaling our operations in Europe and are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor based in Stockholm, who wants to help build our presence in the Danish market.

As a Customer Advisor, you provide expert advice and contribute to making the launch on the Danish market a success. Your daily routine includes:

• Taking ownership and following up on credit applications from our digital channels in the Danish market.

• Conducting credit assessments and evaluating financial headroom to ensure responsible lending.

• Guiding customers through the process and finding tailored solutions that create real economic value.

• Contributing local insights to improve our processes and tools as we scale.

We are looking for someone with a pioneer mentality. You are tech-savvy, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You don't wait for a to-do list; you act on what needs to be done.

• 2+ years of experience in customer advisory, loan brokering, or financial sales.

• You can translate numbers into clear recommendations and build trust via phone and digital channels.

• You work independently but love being part of a team where everyone supports each other.

• Fluent in Danish and Swedish, English is required, additional languages are a plus.
