About the role
- Do you pick up the phone without hesitation? Great. That’s exactly what we are looking for.
- We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career – perhaps studying or working part-time alongside – who wants a role where your attitude weighs heavier than your resume.
- Here, you will work with outbound calls to businesses: you book meetings and open doors for our customers. You don’t need long experience. You need to enjoy working on the phone, handle rejection without losing momentum – and actually enjoy the pace of this job.
In this role, you will:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing contacts
- Book meetings and create business opportunities for our customers
- Work systematically and at a high pace through contact lists
- Report results and keep our systems organized
About you
You are likely at the beginning of your career and have studies or other commitments alongside. The most important thing is not what you have done before – it is how you do it.
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes a 'no' as a starting point, not a stop sign
- Enjoys the phone as a work tool and prefers action over waiting
- Is resilient – you don’t give up after the first few calls
- Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish
- Learns quickly and navigates easily in new systems and routines
