We are looking for a structured and meticulous Administrator/Coordinator to join a leading global manufacturing company in the Jönköping region.
You will be part of the company's Product Compliance department, supporting specialists in material and product regulatory compliance in their daily work. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administration, follow-up, documentation, and coordination, and who wants to gain insight into a field that is becoming increasingly important within the industry.
Previous specialist experience in regulatory compliance is not required. The most important qualities are that you are structured, communicative, detail-oriented, and confident in working with documentation and follow-ups.
Your responsibilitiesApproximately 60% of the role involves administration related to material and product regulatory compliance. This includes, among other things:
Administering recurring project activities, such as following up on process steps, monitoring status, coordinating materials, and preparing ongoing updates.
Supporting reporting processes related to substances and materials, for example, preparing and administering SCIP reporting and Article 33 information.
Preparing, structuring, and maintaining documentation required for compliance evidence, project follow-up, and internal decision-making.
Relieving specialists by handling recurring administrative tasks and ongoing coordination.
Supporting administration regarding risk management, testing activities, and associated documentation.
Assisting before and after audits, for example, by collecting evidence, following up on observations, and monitoring actions.
The remaining 40% consists of other administrative tasks within the department, based on business needs and priorities.
We are looking for someone whoHas strong administrative and coordinating skills.
Is detail-oriented, structured, and enjoys order, follow-up, and documentation.
Is comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks.
Has good communication skills and collaborates easily with various functions.
Is proficient in English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you also speak and write Swedish and/or have previous experience in administration, documentation, coordination, quality, compliance, product data, or industrial operations.
Practical detailsThe position is based in Huskvarna with the possibility of approximately 25% remote work. This is a consultancy assignment via Shark, starting immediately, with an estimated duration until June 2027.
