We see that you have good experience working towards set goals and following up on results regarding your work, and adjusting special needs interventions so that students reach their goals. You have a good understanding of students' different prerequisites and adapt interventions based on the individual's needs. You are clear in your relationships with students, colleagues, and management. You are a secure and stable adult. You have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues and drive the development of special needs work at the individual, group, and organizational levels. You have good structure and can create a clear plan for your special needs work.
