About Us

At Närhälsan Ulricehamn rehabilitation clinic, you are offered a fun and varied job with good opportunities for development. If you live in Jönköping, there are good commuting opportunities to us. Here, a competent team consisting of seven physiotherapists and two occupational therapists works in a pleasant working environment. Together, we work to ensure that our patients lead a more active and mobile life. About the Job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: complaints and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some remote work is possible. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. Temporary assignments at other units within Närhälsan in the same area may become relevant. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process, and the operations are conducted within the framework of Vårdval Rehab.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is meritorious, but we also welcome recent graduates. If you have supervisor training and/or further/specialized education, this is also meritorious.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.

Travel for work purposes occurs. A category B driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
