At Närhälsan Dalsjöfors rehabilitation clinic, you are offered a fun and varied job with good development opportunities. About the Job

Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as a physiotherapist are: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal plan for rehabilitation is created.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Some work can be done remotely. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process, and the operations are conducted within the framework of Vårdval Rehab.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated. If you have supervisor training and/or further/upgrading education, this is also an advantage.

We are looking for you who are sensitive, have good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the operations' goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is a matter of course to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.

Travel for work occurs. A driver's license (Category B) is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
