The Role

We help companies in all industries with preventive and health-promoting as well as supportive measures at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

As a doctor with us, you have the opportunity for close collaboration with the client/employer, which allows you to influence the employee's working environment and health over time. You work together with, among others, our occupational health nurses, psychologists, and physiotherapists. You provide advice and support to managers, HR departments, employees, and company boards in matters concerning health, work, and rehabilitation.

You work within one or more of our specialist areas: rehabilitation, occupational medicine, risky alcohol/drug use, and preventive health work. The assignments as a doctor are varied and can include counseling, assessment of ill health, planning and measures based on needs, conducting statutory medical examinations, workplace visits, and fitness-for-work assessments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to help develop our operations and have an interest in, and preferably previous experience of, working with occupational health and developing a healthy working life.

• You are a specialist in occupational medicine or a specialist in general medicine, and it is a requirement that you can independently perform statutory medical examinations.
• You have a health-promoting mindset and a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment.
• You want to work and develop with us and enjoy working in a customer-oriented, consultative manner.
• You have self-drive and enjoy working in a team with other professional categories such as occupational health nurses, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational health engineers, and administrators.

Your main place of work is open for discussion, but your area of operation will be parts of Skaraborg as we have clients in all municipalities in Skaraborg. The work is primarily carried out in our own premises, but in some cases also on-site at our client companies in various industries. Travel within the job is common, so a driver's license and access to a car are necessary.
