To our store in Söderköping, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 70% and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with category responsibility

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle the warehouse, and restock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson at Systembolaget, you are the face of the company. A strong sense of team, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other and create results together through development. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the shared tasks, you have specific category responsibility (e.g., for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means that you:

• Maintain the category representation according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your category with other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 20 years old to meet the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have completed upper secondary or vocational education.

It is meritorious if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages.
