HR Partner for Executive Support in Primary Schools

About the Department

The HR Business Area includes the staffing unit, payroll unit, HR unit, and an HR staff team that together manage, support, coordinate, and provide service and development for HR matters within the administration.

The HR unit's mission is to provide executive and operational support to the administration's managers. On the unit, we are 9 HR Partners, two HR Administrators, and one HR Unit Manager.

We are now looking for an HR Partner who, together with colleagues, will work with executive support for principals in primary schools.

Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to provide tactical and operational executive support to managers, with a focus on support during rehabilitation, occupational health and safety issues, interpretation of laws and agreements, negotiations, investigations, and other individual cases. You will participate in cooperation forums and, if necessary, the management group for primary schools. You will belong to a team of four HR Partners supporting managers within the Education sector.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university education in the HR field or other education that we consider equivalent. You have at least three years of experience in executive support within HR areas. To succeed in the role, you need to have an interest and confidence in areas such as interpretation of laws and agreements, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety issues, and using this with the business in focus.

You have experience of HR work within public administration as well as education and experience of investigation within occupational health and safety and employment law areas. You have completed Step 1 in fact-finding investigations.

At the same time, you enjoy collaborating in teams and contributing to joint performance. We value responsibility, engagement in HR work, and a willingness to contribute to daily work.
