EZlegal is now looking for a business-driven and service-oriented Customer Success Agent for one of our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Borås, or Vänersborg. The role offers a combination of sales, customer service, and administration with a focus on creating value for our customers. This position is ideal for you who have an interest in law – without needing to be a lawyer yourself.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary, 25,000 – 30,000 SEK/month depending on prior qualifications
Collective Agreement: Yes
Employment Type: Permanent (initially with a probationary period)
Working Hours: Full-time
Location: Gothenburg, Stockholm, Borås, or Vänersborg
Planned Start Date: September 7, 2026
Qualifications
To apply for the position, you must meet the following requirements.
- Education: High school diploma with good grades
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, phone support, or booking
- Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English
- IT Skills: Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly navigate new digital systems
Preferred Qualifications
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience booking/converting customers via phone, experience from call centers or in-house customer service
