About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that production materials are transported to manufacturing units according to plan. You will work in an international environment where you coordinate freight, handle discrepancies, and ensure an efficient logistics flow. Together with the team, you will work to secure freight flows, both in planned operations and crisis management, to optimize delivery precision.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational issues.
• Coordinate and follow up on daily freight flows nationally and internationally.
• Identify, analyze, and manage discrepancies in the freight chain, coordinating actions with internal and external parties.
• Build and develop collaborations with transport providers, freight forwarders, and internal functions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, working methods, and digital tools.

About you

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in Logistics, Industrial Economics, Supply Chain, or similar. To succeed in this role, you should be confident in your competencies and able to handle fast-paced environments. Therefore, we expect you to have at least one year of experience from logistics, freight, or forwarding, preferably with both sea and road transport experience, ideally at an international level. Since you will be working in a global organization, it is essential that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. Good knowledge of the Office suite and Excel is required. Experience with Python or Power BI is a plus.

• Employment type: Consulting assignment via Needo with potential for permanent hire.
• Scope: Full-time (initially 6 months).
