We are looking for an experienced Industrialization Project Manager to lead manufacturing deliveries within complex and strategically important projects in a global automotive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving industrialization activities related to new product introductions, ensuring manufacturing requirements are defined, integrated, and successfully implemented. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities across multiple sites, and secure project deliveries according to agreed objectives, timelines, and project methodologies.

🎓 Education: MSc in Engineering or equivalent

📜 Certification: PMP Certification (Mandatory) or equivalent

🌍 Language: Fluent English

👥 Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of 5–15 members

🚗 Focus Area: Industrialization & New Product Introduction (NPI)

🏗️ Domain Expertise: Manufacturing Engineering & Production Readiness

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams of 5–15 members.
  • Manage manufacturing deliverables within high-complexity projects.
  • Ensure successful industrialization of new products and production processes.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Drive project execution according to established project models and milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Monitor project performance and report status to decision-making forums.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure delivery against project targets.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (MSc or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP certification (mandatory) or equivalent project management certification.
  • Formal training in project management, leadership, and communication.
  • Several years of experience managing complex industrial or manufacturing projects.
  • Strong background in manufacturing and industrialization processes.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production systems.

Salary Range: From 53,333 SEK to 66,667 SEK (gross per month)

The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
