Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

1. Participate in part of the electrical implementation process of the project, including design and selection, BOM construction, electrical principle drawings, program writing, site debugging, acceptance, and quality assurance.

2. Participate in and manage electrical outsourcing supplier implementation projects.

3. Identify and solve various problems in the design and debugging of electrical hardware and software.

4. Complete technical document summary and archiving.

5. Possess strong organizational, coordination, execution, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a good sense of customer service.

6. Have initiative and strong learning ability, and be able to complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above is preferred; majors in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields are preferred.

2. X years or more of experience in Body-in-White welding or non-standard automation debugging, understanding of hardware-related technologies, skilled use of TIA or FT platform software. Outstanding graduates may also be considered.

3. Preferred skills include familiarity with one or more joint venture brand welding electrical standards (e.g., Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, SAIC Volkswagen), proficiency in computer programming languages, understanding of network architecture and protocols, work experience related to MES and upper-level debugging, and good English listening and speaking skills.

4. Possess strong logical thinking abilities, good language expression, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in office automation software.

5. Have a cooperative team spirit, maintain good working performance under pressure, and successfully complete tasks.

6. Able to adapt to long-term business trips.
