ICA Reklam develops and manages the marketing channels that reach store customers – always with a focus on high quality and continuous renewal. We are now looking for a business-driven and customer-oriented Product Developer who combines a strong understanding of channels and marketing with analytical sharpness and excellent communication skills. About the role:

In this position, you will be responsible for developing ICA Reklam’s service offering. You will drive development projects all the way from idea and development to implementation, management, and support. You will ensure progress, keep stakeholders updated, and anchor releases that impact ICA Reklam and its customers. The product development you are responsible for takes place within ICA’s own marketing channels; for example, signage, displays, web, and leaflets. You will become part of a context where you work closely with other business development roles, marketers, production managers, IT roles, as well as external suppliers.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive business development by planning and organizing development projects from idea to production
• Be responsible for and lead project meetings and workshops
• Educate and lead change in new ways of working and platforms, e.g., by conducting demos, training sessions, and creating communication materials
• Create business cases and project presentations to support decision-making

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience from an advertising agency, marketing department, or other customer-driven organization
• Experience in driving development projects
• Ability to drive product development, management, support, and phase-out
• Experience working at the interface between IT and business operations
• Understanding and ability to reason about measuring KPIs (e.g., CTR and ROAS)

The position is located in Kungälv with primary presence at the office and some possibility of remote work.

This is a fixed-term employment from September 2026 to February 2027 (start date as agreed).
