About the Role

• You act as Deputy Project Leader when needed.
• You drive the planning, coordination, and follow-up of project activities.
• You ensure that documentation and deliverables maintain the correct structure and quality.
• You support the work with European software components within a larger program.

What You Will Do

• Plan and follow up on activities together with project managers.
• Prepare, lead, and document meetings.
• Collect and follow up on materials prior to milestones and decision points.
• Coordinate short-term planning for both HW and SW-related activities.
• Contribute to risk management, quality assurance, and delivery tracking.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• At least 5 years of experience from the automotive industry or closely related product development projects.
• A background in engineering or equivalent relevant education.
• Experience leading and coordinating work between multiple teams and regions.
• Strong ability to communicate and present complex information.
• Ability to work systematically with planning, follow-up, and risk assessment.
