ALTEN is currently looking for a Production Engineer for a Life Science company in Gothenburg!

Are you an experienced Production Engineer who is passionate about optimizing processes, working hands-on, and driving continuous improvements in a dynamic environment? The Role

• Lean technician with a focus on process optimization.
• Calibration and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Production Engineer.
• Experience in production technology.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma & Lean.
• Experience in Life Science.
• Cleanroom experience – knowledge of Class 8 cleanrooms and GMP.
• Social and communicative skills.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).

Duration: 1 year, starting September 1, 2026.
