We are proud to launch our Talent Program together with Aenigma for the fourth time. The program is designed to give you a strong start in your career through a customized development plan that helps you grow long-term within the company. Over the course of one year, you combine real consulting assignments at client sites with training that strengthens both your technical skills and personal abilities. The program focuses on developing you in technology, maintenance methods, and project work, while also giving you the opportunity to practice leadership, collaboration, and communication. You go through the program together with other talents from different locations, creating an inspiring community and a valuable network. Throughout the year, you participate in joint training sessions, digital meetings, and knowledge exchanges with both junior and senior colleagues. The goal is for you to grow in your role, feel confident, and receive the right support at every step of your development. Your Responsibilities As an Instrument Engineer at Aenigma, you work as a consultant with a wide variety of tasks for Aenigma's clients, who operate in areas such as the chemical industry, oil refineries, and energy. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsibility for instrumentation in process and automation plants. • Work with pressure, flow, temperature, and level measurement. • Specify, configure, and commission instruments and sensors. • Participate in maintenance, improvement work, and technical investigations. Who are we looking for? Requirements: • University or Civil Engineer in a relevant field: Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent. • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Valid driver's license (Category B). Preferred Qualifications: • Industrial Technology Program, Nössnäs Gymnasium • Thesis and/or summer job within the process industry or equivalent Personality: We are looking for someone who aspires to develop in the role of an Instrument Engineer.
