We are now looking for an experienced and driven Measurement Engineer who wants to take a key role in our continued development. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine technical specialist knowledge with project management, customer responsibility, and coordination.

For the right person, there may be opportunities to eventually take on a role as Deputy Regional Manager and become an important part of our regional development.

About the Role

As a Lead and Technical Responsible Measurement Engineer, you will have a central role in our projects within the infrastructure sector. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and quality assurance of measurement projects, as well as serving as technical support to both customers and colleagues.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating measurement projects from start to finish
  • Being responsible for technical solutions and quality assurance within measurement
  • Coordinating, leading, and supporting measurement teams in production
  • Acting as the customer's contact person for technical matters
  • Ensuring projects are carried out according to current requirements, regulations, and industry standards
  • Participating in the development of the region's operations and competence
  • Contributing to business development and customer relations

About You

Requirements

  • Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration) Competence Level 1
  • At least 5–8 years of experience as a measurement engineer, preferably with a background in railway production
  • Experienced project leader with experience in leading measurement teams and projects
  • Experience with geodetic measurements and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of modern measurement systems and working methods
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)

Meritorious Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the national grid (stomnät)
  • Knowledge within monitoring
  • Good familiarity with AMA and MER standards
  • Experience in building and developing teams or businesses
