We are looking for a lead architect who designs hospitals and builds the healthcare environments of the future. You are someone who knows that the light in a waiting room can be calming, that a well-placed wall can create privacy, and that a thoughtful floor plan can make the difference between stress and harmony for both patients and staff.

The healthcare team works across the country with good healthcare architecture that puts the human being at the center. About the role

We are looking for you who have experience working in a creatively focused environment, where a positive and proactive team approach is of great importance. You value maintaining fruitful, close dialogues with clients and consultant groups. We are involved in large, exciting projects and are very busy! Through framework agreements with various regions, we carry out a large number of new builds and renovations. The projects cover both early stages and detailed design and implementation.

With 3D modeling and BIM as important tools, we always strive to create well-functioning healthcare environments that support both the needs of the operations and the well-being of people, whether patients, visitors, or staff.

Who are you

We are looking for you who have 5 years of experience as an architect, including 2 years in a lead role, and hold a master's degree in architecture.

The role requires strong communication skills as you will have ongoing, independent contact with clients, project managers, and interdisciplinary project teams. You need to be accustomed to delegating and leading a project team. You place importance on working in a structured and meticulous manner with a clear customer focus. We are looking for you who thrive switching between different stages and levels of detail and who can realize a strong design concept all the way down to the detailing of individual elements. You have good technical understanding and cost awareness, and can thus be an active party in the dialogue with contractors and construction companies.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture at master's level or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a licensed architect, including 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in healthcare design (both new builds and renovations are meritorious).
• We consider it meritorious if you have experience working with general contracting.
• Competence and experience in working towards set goals within established time and budget frameworks.
• Experience with 3D design; good knowledge of ArchiCAD or Revit is meritorious.
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing.
