Wåhlin Advocates is a commercial law firm established in Gothenburg in 1964. Today, we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We offer specialist expertise in commercial law and work closely and in harmony with our clients to create secure and smooth business transactions. For our office in Malmö, we are currently seeking a person on a fixed-term contract to join our team of paralegals and assistants.

As an assistant with us, you will have primary responsibility for the daily management of the office, reception, and our conference department. We are looking for someone who is independent, meticulous, and unafraid of new tasks. A strong sense of service is also essential, as you will be assisting not only internally but also in client interactions.

You will also provide administrative support in client work and assist with invoicing. The position requires good knowledge of the Office suite and strong IT skills, as you will be helping to manage large volumes of documents, both in terms of editing and systematizing them in our document management system.

This is a long-term full-time fixed-term contract starting in September 2026. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. The application deadline is July 31, 2026.
