About the role

As a Production Line Manager at Tarkett, you will play a central role in leading and developing our production lines, with a focus on safety and machine availability. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production while driving competence development and workforce flexibility to meet future challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan daily operations in close collaboration with team leaders
• Develop and implement strategies for competence development within the team
• Lead and monitor line performance to ensure we achieve goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency – with the employee in focus
• Coach and motivate employees to create a positive and engaging work environment
• Responsible for working environment and ensure that safety and quality standards are followed
• Budget responsibility and financial follow-up
• Recruit and onboard new employees and coach their long-term development
• Build good relationships and promote cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership position
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production processes and lean principles
• Leadership experience from the manufacturing industry
• Project management experience
