About the role
As a Project Manager in Security at Bravida, you have overall responsibility for the projects – from planning and execution to completion. You ensure that the projects deliver according to set goals regarding economy, quality, and time, while driving the work forward in close collaboration with both customers and colleagues.
The role is broad and varied, involving everything from resource planning and economics to purchasing and ongoing follow-up. You have the mandate to make decisions within given frameworks and are responsible for ensuring that the project's procurement of materials, equipment, and services is conducted in a business-like manner. The work also includes preparing forecasts, handling bids, and driving negotiations regarding additional work, while ensuring structured follow-up of contracts and suppliers. In parallel, you have an important leadership role where you coach and develop employees and create the right conditions for efficient staffing in projects.
You hold a central position with many contact points and collaborate daily with customers, internal functions, authorities, as well as suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. Through your way of building relationships and creating trust, you become a key person in driving projects successfully from start to finish.

Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager, you will among other things:
- Be responsible for the technical and economic execution of projects based on contract agreements
- Plan, follow up, and close projects, ensuring correct documentation
- Ensure that the company's systems for quality, environment, and working environment are followed
- Continuously report on project progress and economic status
- Be responsible for purchasing and ordering of materials, equipment, and services
- Lead and distribute work for installers and conduct development interviews
- Work actively with upselling and identify business opportunities
- Handle contracts and follow up on suppliers and subcontractors
- Participate in bidding work and negotiate regarding additional work (ÄTA)
- Prepare forecasts and follow up on project economics
We are looking for someone who
- Has relevant post-secondary education
- Has at least 4 years of experience from the security industry
- Has experience in a leadership role
- Has good knowledge in economics and project follow-up
- Has experience working with digital tools
- Has knowledge of contract law
- Has worked as a delivery or functional manager
- Has good knowledge of security technology at a management level
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Holds a valid driver's license (Category B)
Since the role is security-classified, there is also a requirement that you:
- Are a Swedish citizen
- Can provide a clean criminal record extract
It is an advantage if you have
- Authorized engineer certification in intrusion alarms or CCTV
- Experience with systems such as Integra, RCO, or similar
- Knowledge of AFF
