Ödeshög is located at the end towards Lake Vättern in a scenic environment with history close at hand. We offer primary care with a broad scope and flexible solutions, working closely with the municipality's home care services for our approximately 4,500 registered patients.

In rural areas, the healthcare center plays a prominent role and handles a wide variety of medical issues, ranging from acute patients to elderly care and child health services (CHC). The center is staffed with specialists in general medicine, trainee doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, care administrators, counselors, rehabilitation coordinators, and foot care specialists. We now wish to expand our team. We work with several specialist clinics, and there are opportunities for training to take responsibility for and develop these, either independently or together with colleagues.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant here, you are interested in primary care. The work involves close collaboration with other professional groups at the healthcare center. The broad mandate of the center means you will meet many people with different ailments and needs. Duties include staffing the reception, running your own clinic sessions, and assisting at the doctor's clinic.

We want to utilize your specific skills. There are good opportunities to develop within a specific area. We offer stimulating and independent work with the possibility to develop and improve care and treatment for our patients.

An additional rural allowance applies in addition to the standard salary for nursing assistants at the healthcare center.

About You

You must be a trained nursing assistant. Experience from primary care is an advantage.

Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you master several languages relevant to work at the healthcare center, we view this positively.

As a person, you are confident, have good teamwork skills, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment, enjoy teamwork, are unpretentious, and communicate clearly. We value if you, as an employee, are involved in developing the operations forward, have social competence, and can meet different people based on their needs. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
