HSL-Teamet in Östergötland is now looking for a positive and flexible occupational therapist for a 100% temporary position from October 1st to January 31st. The HSL-Team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists working across 12 facilities in the municipalities of Linköping, Norrköping, Motala, and Söderköping.

About the role
You work in a team together with HSL staff and care personnel. The task is to provide quality of life for the patients. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs.
In the role of occupational therapist, you find, together with the residents, the best ways to use their own abilities in everyday life. You support and motivate the individuals to develop and maintain their physical, cognitive, and social abilities. This often involves:
making assessments and adapting the living environment.
testing and prescribing physical and cognitive aids.
supervising your colleagues in rehabilitative efforts, approaches, transfer techniques, etc.
contacting the residents' relatives.
