The Social Services Administration is responsible for measures, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), and the Health and Medical Services Act, and are to implement measures regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by a person-centered approach to meet individual needs. The role involves a strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset.

The Home Care Services in Motala Municipality consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation assistants. We work in teams together with elderly care, LSS activities, and day activities for the benefit of our citizens.

Job Responsibilities

Do you enjoy variety, want to make a difference, and like having an important role in several different teams? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are seeking 1 nurse for our flexible resource function in both regular and special housing. You work daytime hours and every fifth weekend according to schedule.

As a resource nurse, you will have a workday that never stands still. You step in where needed, provide support during peak workloads, and replace regular nurses during absence. Additionally, you have an important assignment to help develop the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse
• Has a B driver's license

Experience working within municipal health and medical care is meritorious but not a requirement.

• Have good ability to make medical assessments
• Have a calm and professional approach to patients
• Enjoy variety, teamwork, and supporting other professional roles
