Your role as a Pharmacist at Kronans Apotek in Åtvidaberg
Hello! This is Yassar, I am the new pharmacy manager at our lovely pharmacy in Åtvidaberg. Now I am looking for a new colleague, a pharmacist, who wants to make a difference with us. We are a large pharmacy with a broad catchment area, the only one in the town, and we are located right in the center, more specifically in a small gallery opposite a grocery store and close to the health center. Here you will meet a wonderful mix of prescription and self-care customers, loyal regulars, and seasonal residents. We also collaborate with home care, care homes, the health center, and even veterinarians, which makes the work both broad and meaningful.

Currently, we are four pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians with prescription rights. We are a team that likes to work closely together, has a flat hierarchy, and supports each other through challenges and laughter. Now we are looking for our fifth pharmacist, maybe it's you? ⭐

A little about me as a leader...I would describe myself as a happy and positive person who believes in coaching leadership and building trust. I work individually tailored and want to create conditions for every employee to grow, take responsibility, and shine in their role. With me, you get trust, support, and a leader who genuinely cares, both about you and the team.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from counseling and sales of medicines and self-care products to work with inventory, campaigns, quality work, and development. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Dispense the correct medication to each customer and offer professional patient counseling, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Promote participation and good cooperation within the pharmacy and create a positive group dynamic together with colleagues.

The pharmacy is open 09:00-18:30 on weekdays, 09:00-14:00 on Saturdays. We offer a permanent position on a full-time or part-time basis as agreed, and you are welcomed to Pharmacy Manager Yassar Mejanni's team. Desired start date as agreed.

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers to good medication use and better health.
