Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Handling supplier invoices
• Customer invoicing
• Reconciliations
• Administration in Fortnox
• Registry maintenance and document management
• Support for operations managers and franchisees

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in financial work
• Is proficient with computers
• Has prior experience working with Fortnox
• Is detail-oriented and responsible
• Enjoys administrative tasks
• Can work independently

Previous experience from an accounting firm, finance department, or own business is an advantage.
