We are now looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer who wants to help develop both our customer relationships and our future growth.
The Role:
As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you are responsible for developing existing customer relationships as well as identifying and establishing new business within the Swedish industry.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities
- Create and implement sales and marketing plans in collaboration with management
- Drive quotation processes and business negotiations
- Lead major deals and framework agreements from initial contact to closing
- Collaborate closely with production and technical specialists
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and industry events
The position is based at our office in Täby. Travel is included in the role, primarily within Sweden and the Nordic region.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in technical B2B sales who is comfortable engaging in dialogue with buyers, designers, production managers, and executive leadership.
Preferred Experience:
- Cabling and cable systems
- Electromechanical products (connectors)
- Electronics manufacturing
- Contract manufacturing
- Industrial components
- Automation and industrial technology
We are looking for someone who has:
- Documented experience in technical B2B sales
- Ability to independently drive sales processes
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
