Simrishamn Municipality has a large proportion of elderly citizens and is investing heavily in early interventions and high-quality services. All to enable more people to continue living at home with a good quality of life. The Rehabilitation Unit is a central part of this initiative and is undergoing an exciting change process to meet these needs. The team currently consists of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, nurses, and care staff who work together to strengthen patients within home healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

Physiotherapist within municipal primary care.

In the role of physiotherapist, you will create good conditions for the individual to live as independently as possible.

You will serve as a sounding board for your colleagues regarding rehabilitation issues, delegate tasks, and offer supervision to care staff when necessary. The work requires a flexible approach with the patient's needs at the center. As support in your work, you have a friendly and helpful team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You also have Ingela Löfberg as your direct manager, as well as Annica Edlund (MAR), the Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation, who oversees the municipality's quality and development work, available for support.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist
• Driver's License, Class B
