We are now looking for engaged subject teachers for grades 7-9 with qualifications primarily in wood and metal crafts, home and consumer studies, German, music, mathematics, and natural sciences. As a secondary school teacher, you are both a clear leader and an inspirer who helps students develop their knowledge, grow as individuals, and find their way into the future.

YOUR ROLE

As a subject teacher in grades 7-9, you plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching in your subjects. You base your work on the school's governing documents but shape lessons that spark curiosity, challenge students, and give them the best possible conditions to achieve their goals.

A central part of the role is collaboration with colleagues, students, and guardians. Together, you create a stable foundation for students' social and personal development.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for you who have teacher certification with qualifications to teach in grades 7-9, preferably with combinations in the subjects mentioned above. You who are at the end of your education or waiting for certification are also welcome to apply.

To succeed in the role, you are a confident and clear leader who can create structure in the classroom, while also having the ability to inspire and generate engagement. You value collaboration and are driven by developing teaching together with others.

For this position, you are required by law to present a current extract from the Swedish Police Authority's register before any potential employment. This applies to the extract "Work in school or preschool". You are responsible for ordering the correct extract via polisen.se.

• Wood and metal crafts grades 3-6. The crafts are also located at Sjungande dalens skola.
• Wood and metal crafts grades 7-9

Stackgrönnanskolan

• Wood and metal crafts grades 3-6 combined with another subject. The crafts are located at Örjansskolan.

Sunnanåskolan

• Music grades 1-6

Örjansskolan

• Mathematics combined with natural sciences (primarily chemistry and technology)
• Swedish combined with English grades 7-9, or alternatively home and consumer studies grades 6-9.
