Holmedal School is a small, cozy school with close collaboration among the teaching staff, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the school. The team shares mentoring duties and supports each other to provide the best school environment for the students. We are looking for you who enjoy working in a small, family-like school where everyone shares responsibility and tasks. You should be driven and accustomed to taking initiative, and we would prefer that you have experience working in schools and have previously worked as a resource teacher.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for staff for Holmedal's after-school department. You will work in the after-school center, plan activities, collaborate closely with colleagues, and support individual students during leisure time. You will build important relationships with guardians.

The role involves working in teams at the after-school departments at Holmedal School.

This includes being present as an adult and a good role model for the students, and collaborating closely with the mentors in preschool class and the rest of the staff to achieve the school's vision. Working in accordance with the curriculum for after-school centers, which involves continuously planning and evaluating the activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Leisure-time Pedagogue (Fritidspedagog) or Resource Teacher.
• Minimum qualification: Childcare Worker (Barnskötare).
• Experience is an advantage.
