The successful candidate will provide individual support both at home and during leisure time. We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, stress-resistant, and able to work independently.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Experience within LSS (Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders, e.g., ADHD/Autism)
• Knowledge of Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) or symbols as support
• Knowledge of LAB (Learning Behavior Analysis) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
• Knowledge of nutritional balance (timbalans)
• Ability to document and plan based on implementation plans

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Comfortable visiting public places such as swimming pools and activity centers for people with developmental disabilities (e.g., FUB)

The position is a temporary hourly contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. Working hours are scheduled and may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
