About the role and responsibilities

In the role of support pedagogue, you work to improve and provide guidance in pedagogical work. You are responsible for, among other things, planning and follow-up, where together with our support assistants and pedagogical coordinators, you support our users in living the life they desire.

The role also includes performing and supporting the work group in social documentation, implementation plans, and other documentation, as well as following up and evaluating interventions.

You will work as part of a team where regular work takes place, while also serving as additional support for staff. In the role of support pedagogue, you have allocated time for pedagogical work, which may include mentoring staff in challenging work situations, staying updated on the latest studies regarding clarifying pedagogy, guiding documentation, or collaborating with other support pedagogues.

About us

Our units within LSS Housing consist of group and service apartments across 22 chief administrative areas, where we provide support in the user's daily life.

The schedule is day/evening/weekend with a full-time equivalent of 36.33 hours/week. On-call nights may occur at some units.

We are looking for you who

• Have post-secondary specialization within the disability field comprising at least 200 YH credits or 60 university credits, or a combination thereof equivalent to at least two terms of full-time studies.
• Have experience working with the target group and LSS operations.
• Have good knowledge and experience of clarifying pedagogy/TEACH.
• Have good knowledge and experience of low-affective interaction.
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Have good knowledge of existing documentation tools.
• Have basic skills in digital work tools.

A driver's license is required at some units.
