We are looking for an engaged field secretary who wants to work proactively and preventively to give children and young people good conditions in life. In this role, you meet young people where they are - at school, during leisure time, and in digital environments.
The work is performed according to a schedule and includes both weekday and weekend evenings.
Your assignmentAs a field secretary, you work with early interventions to prevent social problems and promote the development and well-being of young people.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Conduct supportive and proactive work with children and young people from middle school age and upwards, as well as contact with guardians
- Work both in school environments and at young people's meeting places during evenings and weekends, both physically and digitally
- Work with conflict management, mediation, and participate in risk zone conversations when necessary
- Collaborate with schools, police, associations, and other actors, as well as organize group activities and parent meetings
- Contribute to the development of the activity through ideas, new initiatives, and environmental monitoring within preventive youth work
We are looking for you who are passionate about working with children and young people and have experience in proactive or social work.
We see that you have:
- A degree in social work or another relevant higher education that the employer considers equivalent
- A B-category driver's license for manual transmission, as travel is part of the job
- Experience from social services or similar activities is considered an advantage

Salary between 33,000 and 35,500 depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on a combined assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the area in which you have worked previously.
