We are currently looking for personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants at this time.

The introduction and start of work will take place during the summer, with a good opportunity for a permanent position from autumn. From autumn, the role will also involve accompanying and supporting the client at her day activity center.

We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and has great patience. You must be able to handle situations with a low-affective approach and have the ability to distract, motivate, and "play along" when the client becomes fixated or exhibits challenging behavior. It is important that you can create a sense of security and build a good relationship with the client.

We would like you to:

• Be responsible and receptive
• Have a calm and stable approach
• Be flexible and solution-oriented
• Have experience with autism or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement)

Driver's license and access to a car are required!

Experience in healthcare and social care is meritorious but not a requirement – personal suitability is highly valued.
