We are looking for an employee at 80–100 % with a planned start in September 2026. The position as a preschool assistant is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

We prefer that you are a trained preschool assistant with experience working in children's groups. You should be well-versed in the Swedish preschool curriculum and have good communication skills in Swedish.

In your professional practice, you should be positive, responsible, and have good collaboration skills.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is mandatory upon employment.

The preschool is located in Uttran with good transport connections.

Botkyrka Interest Association for Montessori Pedagogy, BoMo (also known as Kotten), is a small preschool with two children's groups, designed for 30 children. We have many dedicated educators and parents. The preschool is run as a parent cooperative.

We operate a Montessori-inspired preschool where we base our work on the intentions of the curriculum as well as the children's interests and wishes. We offer inspiring and joyful learning. Collaboration between the departments is an important part of the education to create a safe and harmonious daily life for the children.
