Stockholm – our capital city of millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone who lives here today and in the future. We are now looking for you who want to think big, new, and different with us – for the people of Stockholm.
The Norra Innerstaden district area consists of the central parts of Stockholm, Norrmalm, and Östermalm. Here, we work to provide our 155,000 residents with the best services in areas such as preschool, social services, elderly care, and urban development. We welcome you who want to make a difference for the residents of Norra Innerstaden.
Welcome to us!
In Norra Innerstaden, there are youth clubs: Humlanhuset, Vasastan Youth Club, and Tre Liljor. We also offer location-independent activities in collaboration with the sports and club sector, with a focus on Hjorthagen. The youth clubs operate open activities with a focus on promotion and prevention. Our operations are characterized by an inclusive and norm-critical approach where young people, regardless of gender identity, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, functional variation, cultural or ethnic affiliation, are welcome and should feel safe. Our youth clubs are part of the preventive work area where three units are included; Youth Leisure, Support for Young People, and Support for Families.

In your professional role, you should be part of developing and working for a positive environment for and with young people and colleagues. Collaboration takes place with both internal and external partners within the district and the entire City of Stockholm. You are expected to have good knowledge of the city's club offerings. The position includes some administrative work. The position is fixed-term for six months.

- Experience working in open youth activities
- Fluency in writing and speaking Swedish
Being multilingual is an advantage.
As a person, you have the ability to create good relationships with young people and are confident and engaged. You are structured, have good cooperation skills, and are clear in your communication with the target group and colleagues. You are solution-focused, self-initiating, creative, and have the ability to adapt when necessary as the operations are dynamic. It is important that you have the ability to take advantage of young people's own interests and initiatives.
We offer
We offer exciting and varied work with fun, knowledgeable colleagues and engaged managers. You will have dedicated colleagues at our youth clubs in central Stockholm where the work is characterized by an open climate and good working environment. We value our employees and would like you to take advantage of health benefits, training opportunities, and holiday swapping.
Other
The work is carried out during young people's free time, which means daytime, evening time, and Saturdays, according to schedule. As a Youth Club Leader, you work with all open youth activities that the district operates.
