Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (SLUV), fixed schedule
Working Hours: Daytime, 08:30–16:30 on weekdays, plus evenings/weekends/nights as needed
Part-time/Full-time: approx. 95%
We are now looking for you who want to work daytime hours on a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday in the beautiful nature of Åkersberga! You are usually off on public holidays and evenings, as the client's needs are met by her family during those times.
A driver's license is an advantage for commuting to work.
The client is a 30-year-old woman living in a villa outside Åkersberga with her parents. She enjoys doing her own crafts in peace and quiet, so you as an assistant need to thrive in a calm work environment where life does not need to move at a high pace. However, you must have a keen sense of touch and be able to act quickly when the client needs your help.
Our client is non-verbal but physically mobile. She needs assistance and support with both meals and personal hygiene. Since she does not communicate verbally, this can lead to some challenging behaviors when she feels misunderstood. You must be confident in your role as her assistant and able to de-escalate these situations.
Are you the calm and secure person we are looking for? Do not hesitate to submit your application.
We have a collective agreement, offer good employment conditions, generous wellness benefits, and training when needed. Please read more about us on our website: www.godassistans.se
