Stockholm City Mission is a faith-based organization working to create a more humane society for all. We do this by working with social care, education, and work integration. Something we have done since 1853 when we were founded to help those who had it worst in society.

Our goal is for everyone to get new life chances, strengthen their self-efficacy, and be part of society. Stockholm City Mission offers people emergency help, advice, and support for social rights, housing, work training, and education to prevent and break out of exclusion. Our main tool is that people strengthen their belief in themselves and their own abilities. In this way, we create together a sustainable and more humane society for all.
