About the position

We are looking for an engaged housing support worker for a 100% fixed-term position. The role involves providing individually tailored support to individuals in their daily lives based on decisions on personal assistance and implementation plans. The position includes work on weekdays and evenings.

Responsibilities

As a housing support worker, you work independently and meet clients in their home environment. You provide support in everyday situations and help create structure, motivation, and increased independence.

The work primarily involves visiting clients in the City–Northwest area, where you travel between different addresses during the workday.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in social work, healthcare, or equivalent.
• Has good ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
• Is empathetic, perceptive, and communicative.
• Has a pedagogical approach and the ability to motivate and support others.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working in psychiatry and/or LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
• Have additional language skills beyond Swedish and English.
