Personal Assistant Wanted

I am looking for you who are structured, practical, and have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Due to my paralysis injury, I need an assistant who can be my arms and legs in daily life. I am fully verbal but cannot write or show things myself. Therefore, I would prefer a female assistant who is close to laughter and appreciates direct and clear communication. Getting along well and being able to share joy in the work is a great asset.

The duties include, among other things:

• Household chores
• Personal care and intimate hygiene
• Support in work
• Leisure activities

For me, integrity, respect, and honesty are fundamental for a good collaboration. The tasks vary, and you are offered a good working environment. At the same time, I believe that a well-functioning collaboration is built on both parties contributing – it takes two to tango.

Experience from service occupations is an advantage. You need to be adaptable, practical, and able to work based on established routines. The organization around the assistance is well thought out and works well, which makes it important that you are attentive and responsible.
