About the position

We are looking for a qualified nursing assistant who wants to be an important part of our operations. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in patient-facing work and want to work in an organization where quality, participation, and professional interaction are in focus.

You contribute to creating security and continuity in daily life, as well as a good working environment together with colleagues and other professions. The work takes place in close collaboration with nurses, assistant nurses (BMA), and doctors, where teamwork is a prerequisite for good care.

Employment level: 100%

Workplace/Department: Shared position between Clinical Physiology (50%) and the Internal Medicine Clinic (50%).

Working hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Administration such as patient bookings, checking waiting lists, handling the cash register, etc.
• Performing examinations such as ECG, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, Holter registration, and spirometry.
• Assisting doctors.
• Collaborating with nurses, assistant nurses (BMA), and doctors.
• Documentation in the Take Care system.

About you

For this position, you need:

• To be a qualified nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Experience working at a clinic/reception and experience working in Take Care.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Knowledge and experience of the examinations performed at the two clinics.

You are a flexible and structured person who finds it easy to take initiative and thrives in collaboration with others. You have the ability to see the big picture where others see details, and you work in a solution-focused and responsible manner. Furthermore, you are meticulous, service-oriented, and have a professional interaction style towards both patients and colleagues.
