About Kry Health Center Älta
Hello! My name is Emelie Eisner and I have been the operations manager here at the health center for four years. Together with the deputy operations manager and the medical advisory physician, we have created a workplace over the past year where development and learning are given a strong focus. We are a team of approximately 30 people where it is just as natural to ask for help as it is to contribute ideas. We get along very well and enjoy working together. In Älta, we also have a home care service with around 80 registered patients and a Child Health Center (BVC) with approximately 700 registered children.
About the role
As a General Practitioner (GP), you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and treating patients of various ages with varying care needs. The work is broad and varied, ranging from acute assessments to long-term follow-up, and you work both physically at the health center and digitally via our platform. Teamwork is crucial here. You collaborate closely with nurses and other professions to create accessible, secure, and medically high-quality care. At the same time, you get more than a traditional doctor's role. You will influence working methods, contribute to development, and help shape how care is delivered, for real.
For you as a GP at Kry, there is an opportunity to apply for our career physician track, where you combine clinical responsibility with leadership and business development. The program consists of five levels where each step involves greater responsibility for patient lists, mentoring, quality, and implementation of the Kry model. Career steps are rewarded with salary supplements.
