Ortomed Stockholm is looking for a senior physiotherapist or naprapat (70–100%), with a start date as soon as possible by agreement.

We are looking for you who want to work in-depth with orthopedic medicine and functional/postural analysis and training in a small, specialized practice where clinical reasoning, diagnostics, and treatment quality are at the center.

About Ortomed

We are not a broad generalist clinic. Our core business is orthopedic physiotherapy, functional and postural analysis and treatment, as well as orthopedic technical solutions such as orthotic insoles, heel cups, orthoses, and offloading supports.

The Workplace

We have a beautiful older premises located high up with a view over Vasa Park, just a 5-minute walk from Odenplan.

The Role

You will become a central part of our Stockholm operations and work closely with our on-site physiotherapist as well as colleagues in Gothenburg. The role suits you if you are clinically confident, used to independent responsibility, and want to be a stable contact for both patients and colleagues over time.

The work includes assessment and treatment of injuries and complaints in the musculoskeletal system, counseling on load and training, manual therapy, as well as treatment modalities and offloading measures.

At our clinic, you will work with among other things:

• Ultrasound scanning
• Shockwave therapy
• Medical laser
• EPTE (Extracorporeal Pulse Transmission Effects)
• Orthopedic insoles & heel cup inserts
• Orthoses, joint supports, and other offloading aids

We are a small company with a short path from idea to change. We hold workshops, article discussions, and development meetings where clinical reasoning, new working methods, and improvements are discussed.

We are looking for you who have:

• Licens as a naprapat
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, orthopedics, or a related field
• Further education in at least one of: OMI, OMT, MDT/McKenzie
• Experience working independently with complex patients
• Strong interest in diagnostics, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based care

It is an advantage if you have experience in postural therapy, functional analysis, orthopedic technical aids, insoles, orthoses, or mentoring colleagues/students.

Scope: 70–100 %

Employment type: Probation period of 6 months, followed by permanent employment
