Do you want to take the next step in your B2B sales career and work with solutions that help companies develop their employees? We are now looking for an Account Manager for a growing company within competence development.

This is a role for you who has a few years of experience in B2B sales and wants to develop in a broad, relationship-driven sales role. You should be confident in customer dialogues, enjoy contacting new companies, and want to build long-term customer relationships.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you work on creating new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships within B2B.

You contact companies, book and conduct customer meetings, identify needs, and present solutions within competence development. Customers are found in various industries and can be both smaller companies and larger organizations. Customer meetings take place both digitally and physically, and the sales cycle is usually between 1–4 weeks.

The role suits you who thrive with a combination of new customer acquisition, relationship building, and business development. You start from an established sales process but have great freedom to influence your own way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and contacting new B2B customers
  • Booking and conducting customer meetings (physically and digitally)
  • Presenting and selling courses, lectures, and events
  • Driving business from first contact to closing
  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Working towards clear goals and following up on your sales activity

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in contacting new customers and booking meetings
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits
