In preparation for our planned needs this autumn, we are now seeking experienced welders for future assignments with our clients. This is a proactive recruitment drive where we want to connect with you if you want to be ready for new opportunities as they arise. The assignments are expected to be filled on an ongoing basis starting in the autumn, but the scope, start dates, and working hours will vary depending on the clients' needs.

About the Role

As a consultant at Montico, you will work on-site at one of our clients within the manufacturing industry. You will become an integral part of their operations and contribute your skills to daily work. The content of the assignments may vary depending on the client and business, but what they have in common is a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration.

Job Description

As a welder, you will primarily work with MIG/MAG welding in the manufacturing industry. Tasks may also include:

• Reading technical drawings
• Post-processing
• Quality control
• Other common production tasks

Tasks will vary depending on the client and assignment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with prior welding experience who thrives in a production environment where quality, precision, and safety are prioritized. You are accustomed to working independently while also functioning well in a team. Requirements:

• Experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Good computer skills
• Availability to work shifts, e.g., 2-shift system
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Valid welding licenses
• Experience with robotic welding
• Experience with other welding methods
• Overhead welding certification (Traverskort)
